Why hasn't this girl responded to my text? what should i do next?! NEED ANSWERS!?

So i met this girl through one of my good friends and we have hung out a couple times as parties we have both been to, i met up with her at the coachella music festival so i thought we were getting close and i'm really into her though i haven't really spit much game cause i don't know her too well yet. She goes to a small private school and i go to a larger highschool so she doesnt really know anyone of my friends and people don't know her or her friends etc... i like it that way though cause i always hang out with the same chis, every party is the same girls, and this girl is just so diffirent and real and cly and really beautiful. My proms coming up and i really wanted to meet up with her again and then somehow ask her. She's not really into her phone like a lot of chics are...again she goes to a really small school and is not really into the whole cell phone/facebook thing. She responds though to my texts... sometime 24 hours later but no big cause we talk. Recently i texted her " hey how have you been?" and didn't get a response from her. I didn't think much of it since she probably checked it late or what ever. I texted her again like 5 days later asking if she wanted to roll with our mutual friend and i to a kickback and i didn't get a response again! I don't know what to think know... if it was any other chic i would forget about her and move on but this girl doesn't really use her phone much so i don't know if she's ignoring me or is just dumb with keeping up with her phone. And i honestly don't know why she wouldn't just want to hang out with us? She says she has fun with us. But what do you guys think about it? its been 2 days know and im debating texting her back and what i should say? My friend doesn't really hang out with her anymore but he is down too if i want too... he doesn't want to text her either cause he doesn't want to make it seem like he is trying to make a move on her. I really want to take her to prom though but i need to get to know her better... i have a really good long time friend of mine who is down to go but i would rather not go with her just cause i think it would be kind of akward since she's like a sister to me, but then again proms on june 4th and i would rather go with her then go single. What do you guys/ladies think? im not sure what to do here!
