Mental health of children after parents get divorced?

One of my female coworkers who was so friendly to me filed a harment complaint on me and I lost my job without investigation. Her allegation was that I come to work and leave work at the same time as her. She was nice to me and talking to me friendly and casually until the last day I saw her. The harment complaint was a shock to me. She has two younger sisters and her parents got divorced when her younger sister turned out 18. She doesn't have any brothers either. She is married but, she lives in her mom's house. Does the parents' divorce cause any mental or emotional disorder? To be specific, does it cause any hatred towards male gender as a whole? There might be other reasons like money. But, I am just wondering whether this could be a reason.
