Valentines day is in a few weeks?

what should i get my boyfriend for valentines day? we will be dating for a year and 5 months when valentines comes around...i am also pregnant with his child ill be 18 weeks and 1 day pregnant on valentines day...He likes steelers football team...and messing around with his truck and cars and stuff but i dont have much money with saving for the baby...does anyone have any ideas?
