Why hasn't affirmative action been challenged on constitutional grounds yet?

It's all a scam to destroy whites. Haven't you figured that out yet? They were never interested in justice. If we charged for all the things we've invented and shared freely with the world, everyone else would have to be indentured servants for the rest of eternity to repay us.
