Is posting a songs lyrics with out siting the author against copyright rules of a website?

According to what you put in your question it states no copyrighted materials of any kind. It doesn't say only copyrighted material that is sited. So whether its sited or not its shouldn't be posted. But yes if you use something created by someone else they should be credited. If not its saying you created it and that's stealing.
