Help with panic episodes.?

I have panic disorder. I am waiting to see my doctor but until then I need some sort of relief. I take Klonopin to help calm me down. But is there any exercise I can do to keep the irrational thinking from occurring until I do get back to the doctor. Not so much during the panic attacks but when i am down in between attacks I am experiencing dizziness, and severe stomach pain, I am also extremely tense. I use progressive relaxation with guided imagery but I need to do something so I can return focus back on doing my daily living rather thinking about my next panic episode. Seems like sleeping is the only thing that is making me feel better, but I have to work and function.
