What do you think Monkey D. Luffy's New bounty will be after the 2 year timeskip?

What the WG will probobly do is raise luffy's bounty by a little bit over the timeskip(due to his involvement at impel down, the whitebeard war, being the son of Dragon and the WG now knows of his EXTREMELY RARE AND POWERFUL Haōshoku Haki. Once he makes his return and the WG takes notice of his new haki abilities and training after the 2 years, his bounty will raise to 400-415 million Belli. P.S: i think it sucks that the WG covers up all the amazing things that luffy and the straw hats did (defeating crocodile, Defeating Moria in the thriller Bark Arc and soon to be covering up impel down), the only reason his bounty is lower than Eut kid's is because he would slaughter any cizilian that laughed at his dreams.(so i guess you can cover up 100 of the worst criminals escaping the Worlds most secure prison, but killing some civilians here and there is too big to overlook???)
