My D4 light on the dash of my Honda accord 1994 blinks the whole time the car is on. What is this?

By the wau, I have a prelude engine in the car now. It's not the original engine but everything was done the correct way. The car recently had a front impact of about 5-10mph, and was repaired. When i got the car back from the shop now it does this.
