Half life of radium?

Decay constant is 1600/ln(2) years, i.e. 2308 years. This is the time required for the original amount to decay to 1/e of that amount. The equation is R(t) = R0 exp(-t/2308), where t is in years and R0 is the original amount (i.e., 70 grams).
