Punk, like Triple H, will have a "filler match" at Summerslam, pinning JBL and retaining the title. I expect to see Punk/Jericho at Unforgiven with Y2J eventually winning the strap off of him. From there Jericho will likely defend against Rey Mysterio before getting in to feuds with Cena and Batista.
