Do I need some special papers if I will buy fishes (bettas) in Bangkok and fly it with me back to China?

I am going to Bangkok this October and would like to buy Bettas and other fishes. I am not sure of the legal/customs issues. I'm in Shenzhen, China. Anyone can help?
