Disappearing/Reappearing Views?

Sometimes when I log onto My 360 Home Page, it will give me the statistics with how many views I've had and sometimes it is missing. The same is true when I go to My Page, even the Private View -- sometimes the number of views is there and sometimes it isn't. I'd like to see the number of views. I haven't changed my settings, so what's going on?
