Baby with teething .. questions?

My 9 month old... Had a temp of 101.3 yesterday and last night she cried and cried .. she wouldn't Take her bottle at all wouldn't Take any food.. and she was upset for at least 4 hours.. crying for a good part of those hours. I see her top teeth coming in..(had her bottoms since 4 mo) not sure if that's the cause.. she also has a real bad runny nose, Sounds congested, and Just got diaper rash. when she falls asleep its in just small increments like 15 min then maybe 30 Min's.. she alays wake s up screaming, help! should i go to the doctor? her 9 months appt is monday should i go sooner?
