Are epilators effective or just plain painfull?

It shouldn't draw blood, its basically just removing hair like waxing except the hairs are taken individually and very fast. It does sting a bit, but no more than getting it waxed. Just be aware that if you are prone to ingrown hairs then sometimes infection can be caused. I've always been advised to use a body brush to gently mage the area to increase circulation afterwards to prevent the hairs from growing back wrong. hope this helps!
