Anybody have a microwave sterilizer, something like this?

I have that sterilizer - some bottles//paci's say not to use a steam sterilizer and to boil instead, but other than that it's safe. Personally, my doctor says sterilizing is totally unnecessary and that washing is just fine. I still sterilize for the first use, but I usually just boil the stuff and then I wash it thereafter.
