2 Positive 2 negative what do you think?

I have been on Fertibella for about 3 weeks plus a prenatal vitamin, Vitamin B6 and a progesterone supository my dr gave me for after Ovulation. I am 7DPO and I got curious so I took a test with my FMU and to my shock it came back Positive, well a few hours later I got nervous because I don't even have a name brand to these test they came free with my Fertibella I decided to take a few more test after I ate and drank. a equate blue dye which came back real real faint like hard to see and a clear blue digital which came back NOT PREGNANT. I test 3 Hours later after not eating and drinking the whole time and again faint postive but the only test I have left are from the free test I got.I know 7DPO is early and I expected to get a negative but for like 2 days I have been getting this odd pinching feeling so I just wanted to see. Has anyone used the Fertibella test and gotten accurate results or are those test Junk??? I was so excited to see finally a BFP and now am scared I got my and my finace's hopes up
